  I live right down the street and I am SO glad that this is "my" QT! The selection is great, the place is always spotless & the customer service is just phenomenal. Every time I walk in, even if I am in a bad mood, I leave smiling. I wish I knew all of their names but just to shout out a few of the exceptional employees, Antonius is just wonderful, so funny and charasmatic, as is Graham and the guy with the awesome loud voice that sounds like he should be a sports annoucer. Everyone there is great, really. I never leave reviews and often times people are only really motivated to do so for poor service, and I have been wanting to leave my praise for this location for a while now. I am faced with having to move away in a few months and this QT is what I will really miss and probably go out of my way to visit!

  Night team needs to have better preparation for the rush-hour Friday and Saturday night from 1:30 AM to 2 AM third time in a row I had crusty hard to Quito's won't ever come back here at this location night shift needs a new training
